Planning your visit
Online booking is not available yet. To discuss activities, parties, celebrations, corporate events or group visits, email gamehouse@arc.com.cy or call 7000 1199.
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a time slot or confirm a booking. Our team will confirm availability and explain the steps needed to complete your booking.
Prices and what is included
Displayed prices include VAT. A 5% booking and handling fee applies to online bookings, as shown in the booking catalogue. Online checkout is not active yet.
Before you commit to a booking, we will confirm the activities, participant numbers, date and time, any included food or drinks, and the total payable, including applicable fees. Any deposit, payment deadline or other payment requirement will also be explained before you book.
Changes and cancellations
If your plans change, contact gamehouse@arc.com.cy as soon as possible, including your name, event date and booking reference if you have one.
Cancellation deadlines, refund conditions, changes to participant numbers, rescheduling and any charges will be explained before you complete your booking and included with your booking information.

For leisure activities booked for a specified date or period, the standard 14-day cooling-off right generally does not apply. This does not remove other consumer rights or any cancellation or refund rights provided by the agreed booking terms.
Activity requirements
Please check activity suitability, age requirements and any supervision arrangements with our team before booking. Follow the arrival instructions and safety briefing provided for your activity.
For food allergies, dietary requirements or accessibility questions, contact us before confirming your arrangements so we can discuss what is available.
If GameHouse needs to change your booking
If we need to change or cancel an arrangement, we will contact you to explain the situation and the options available under your booking terms and applicable law.
Nothing in this information limits your statutory consumer rights.
